The Florence School District wants to ensure the safety of your child/children while on the bus. Please read and share the attached rules and regulations with your child/children. Be sure that he/she understands them and that the consequences for not following the rules could result in their suspension from the bus.

Bus Stop Notification

If trespassing or vandalism problems are reported at a bus stop and continue after it is addressed by the Transportation team, the bus stop can and will be eliminated. Bus stops are evaluated on a continuing basis for safety and the School District reserves the right to add, move, or/and delete them as circumstances dictate.

2008-2009 School Bus route information
Transportation post cards will be sent home to all eligible bus riders during the week of July 1, 2008. The information will include your child's bus stop location, pick up time, estimated drop off time, and route number. Remember to allow for a slight delay to the drop off time during the first week of school as everyone adjusts to new schedules.

You may also visit www.transfinderi.com to find your child's bus stop information. Simply select the Florence Unified School District from the list and then type in your address. Simply select the Florence Unified School District from the Arizona choices and type in your home address. You will be given your child’s school information, bus stop location, and approximate bus times. FUSD Trip Reduction Program
Florence Unified School District and Pinal County have partnered in an effort to encourage and educate our employees and our students about minimizing pollution and promoting clean air!

The Trip Reduction Program is designed to help reduce single occupant commutes to and from the workplace by promoting carpool, walking, and alternative transportation. To comply with the Pinal County Program, Florence Unified School District has implemented a program to distribute information, as well as offer incentives to encourage participation.
